At the heart of AIR-MAX SPARES AND SERVICE is a visionary leader with hands-on expertise and a deep understanding of screw compressor systems — Mr. Milan Kumar Gadhavi, a qualified Mechanical Engineer with an extensive background in compressor technology, maintenance, and engineering solutions.

Since starting his professional journey in 2018, Mr. Gadhavi has been dedicated to transforming the compressor service industry through a perfect blend of technical knowledge, customer focus, and innovative thinking.

Armed with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Gadhavi began his career with a clear goal — to specialize in high-performance industrial machinery and contribute to the growing demand for reliable, efficient, and cost-effective compressor solutions in India.

He quickly developed expertise in:

• Screw compressor mechanics and internal systems

• Airend repair and element overhauling

• Compressor cooling systems and filtration technology

• Advanced maintenance and diagnostic practices

• Sourcing and evaluating OEM-equivalent spare parts

Between 2018 and the present, Mr. Milan Gadhavi has worked extensively with a wide range of global compressor brands including:
